im creating a new game were you play as the water like person from sonic DX

I'm creating an new game called "doodle world".
I'm not going to say all the detailes but it's an adventure game where everything is badly drawn so it looks like someone doodled it. Anyway.....

In the game you have to get money for score but its not working to well.
For example, if I get three moneys instead of showing "3" on the scoreboard it will show "111".
How do you fix it? If you know can you PM me about it?
